Women of CFWC are all members of S.I.S.T.E.R.S. As a ministry dedicated to is to meeting the spiritual and emotional needs of women, S.I.S.T.E.R.S. is encourages women to GROW in their FAITH IN CHRIST, to develop and strengthen relationships with other women, and to provide opportunities to serve and reach our community for CHRIST.


The CFWC Marriage Ministry ministers to married couples in order to build strong families. The Marriage Ministry goal is to strengthen marriage relationships through: Seminars, Training and Teaching, Counseling, Date Nights and Retreats. Teach wives how to submit to their husbands and husbands how to love their wives. (Ephesians 5:22-31). The Marriage Ministry also inspires couples to strengthen their marriages so they can then reach out to help other couples who need healthy role models.


Prayer warriors make things happen! Whatever your need, our intercessors will make sure that it’s taken before the throne of the most high God! We have prayer via teleconference every morning at 5:55 a.m.


Whether it’s an anniversary celebration, appreciation, Family Fun Day, or holiday affair, the Special Events committee at CFWC ensures that the events are well planned, designed, and that you’ll always find good food, fun, and fellowship. This team caters to the Pastor’s family and guests during special occasions and also makes sure things run smoothly when CFWC sponsors community events.


The Praise and Worship Team blends voices gifted by God to lead CFWC through the gates of praise and into His presence. This team inspires and ushers in the presence of the Lord and helps the congregation to encounter God in praise and worship!


Uniquely Anointed’s purpose is simple: to minister and worship the Lord through dance. Praise dancers promote Jesus through dance and encourage and enhance worship service. They express the joy of praising God and having fun.



SPEAK presents the spoken word through poetry and other performing arts and talents. SPEAK encourages use of creative gifts to provide spiritual growth and a source of reflection and meditation.



Our New Members ministry welcomes those that have chosen to join the CFWC family, acclimates them to the ministry, connects them with tribes, and connects them to other areas of CFWC ministries. New Members class is a mandatory course that teaches those who’ve joined our family about the vision of our Pastor, Jerry Q. Parries and the vision God has given for the foundation and building of Christian Family Worship Center. In it, you’ll learn about our church history, church vision, and mission statement. You’ll also get a synopsis of all the various ministries CFWC has to offer, and have an opportunity to select the ministries for which you have interest in serving!



Whether single by chance, change, or choice, FOCAS provides opportunities for those age 25 and up who never married, formerly-married, widowed, or are single- parents to receive and give unconditional love and support. Through periodic fellowship, fun, and engagement with other Christian singles in the community, FOCAS encourages strength and faith in Christ as He leads us in the path that He desires.


If you are a young adult attending college or under age 25, S.ON.G. is a ministry that will engage you and excite you to serve God cheerfully and exuberantly. It is a welcoming community for CFWC young adults, allowing opportunities to fellowship with one another while providing a forum where they are encouraged and their needs are met.


Greeters are the first of many hugs, handshakes or smiles that guests and members will receive when they arrive. Greeters make every person that enters the house feel welcomed and a part of CFWC’s family. From the moment family and guests enter the doors, the greeters at CFWC help create an environment that is welcoming and invites all.


Ushers prepare the house for service, meet, greet and seat guests during service, and organizes the church after service. Ushers assist in assuring minimal distractions during service. They make sure that everyone is comfortable and that needs are met. Ushers also coordinate offerings and collections, and most importantly make sure visitors and members are excellently served throughout the service.


CFWC is a ministry of love and our mission is to show Christ’s love in all aspects of the church and the community. Hands of Hope is an extension of our efforts to be a blessing to our CFWC family and surrounding communities by providing opportunities to give to the needy, feed the hungry, and aide those in need by providing available resources, prayer, and a helping hand.


The Health Ministry’s ensures availability of health care during worship services and facilitates health education and health related events. The Health Ministry is led by professional nurses, and accompanied by other health care workers and volunteers interested in aiding the mission of a healthy congregation and community. They focus on meeting the immediate health needs of the Pastor, Co-Pastor, and the congregation. In addition to worship service duties, the Health Ministry performs health outreach, facilitates health fairs, and engages CFWC in community related health campaigns and events.

Brother’s Keepers

A ministry for the men of CFWC. Encourages each other to become Godly men, while maturing towards Christ-likeness! Brother’s Keepers provide a community of brotherhood, in which men are encouraged, equipped, and empowered to be the great men that God has called them to be.

Transportation Ministry

The Transportation Ministry is committed to safely transporting those who desire to hear the preaching and teaching of God’s word at CFWC. This ministry provides transportation to and from worship services or occasional CFWC attended community events in a spirit of love and excellence.
